The 2nd Commandm....er,um...Amendment

(Excerpt from sfgate.com article)

Americans can keep guns at home for self-defense, the Supreme Court ruled Thursday in the justices' first-ever pronouncement on the meaning of gun rights under the Second Amendment.

The Constitution does not permit "the absolute prohibition of handguns held and used for self-defense in the home," Scalia said. The court also struck down Washington's requirement that firearms be equipped with trigger locks or kept disassembled, but left intact the licensing of guns.

Scalia noted that the handgun is Americans' preferred weapon of self-defense in part because "it can be pointed at a burglar with one hand while the other hand dials the police."

SO...make sure that you DO NOT DIAL the gun! And NEVER point an armed phone at somebody unless you are actually drunk dialing! Because everybody knows what this situation is like. We ALL practice for this particular moment in life, right? Next time you are face to face with a burglar, notice how calm and rational your thinking is. Feel the SLOW rate of your pulse as you look the intruder in the eyes and say,

" Sir? (because a woman burglar is pretty rare) Excuse me (click)... but I need you to put my DVD player BACK on the television...thank you. Now please sit down and be still while I call the police. Please do not try and agitate my current state of thinking. I would hate to make a boo boo in your skull. Would you like something to drink while I am on the phone with the local authorities? Pellegrino? Would you like some Tang? Do you need to use the computer? "

We Americans are prone to believing things that have been written. So we can say later on in life that IT WAS WRITTEN. Even though we do change a FEW things later.

Like the liberty and justice for all thingy...

what?....Do we HAVE to?....ok....we'll include the black people, too.

You can't mention the word 'EVERYONE' without including the black people. And then somethings stay the same. Like the right to build a church on the land you 'purchased' from....

wait a sec...

who did the first land buyer pay? THAT one I might be thinking about ALL day now. In 1776 Every thing was switched over to American owned. So how did the first house sell? Oh yeah...I forgot. It was kind of like musical chairs. Once the music stopped and the rockets stopped a flaring and the bombs discontinued the bursting in air, people just sat down as quick as they could with their guns. The segway to a proper gentrification. Guns do make good defense weapons. They create an abundant economy for WE THE PEOPLE.

Depending on WHO the offender is...

...ask him...
